Here respondents were asked to state, in their own opinion, how large this particular benefit was in their organisation.  A 4 point scale was used as shown below:
0 = None; 1 = some; 2 = large; 3 = very large

In relation to the element healthier work environments a rating between 2.61 and 3 inclusive is highlighted in “dark green indicating a large to very large advantage in employing people with disabilities.  A rating between 2.2 and 2.6 inclusive is highlighted in light green indicating moderate to large advantage in employing people with disabilities.  Scores below 2.2 indicate only a small advantage in employing people with disabilities from the employer perspective.
