0 = No Effect, 1 = Slightly Helpful, 2 = Moderately Helpful, 3 = Very Helpful, 4 = Extremely Helpful
In relation to the element someone to assist a person with a disability in getting financial subsidies countries that give a rating between 2 and 2.99 inclusive are given a light green colour and are considered to be moderately to very helpful in encouraging people with disabilities to look for paid employment. Countries with a rating between 3 and 4 inclusive are given a “dark green” colour indicating that they are considered to be very to extremely helpful in encouraging people with disabilities to look for paid employment.
