Recruitment agencies were rated as the most frequently used service of all the employer services. This service was most frequently used in Germany and Italy, and used least frequently in Slovakia where they appeared not to be used at all. Portugal and Norway also had a very low frequency of usage of recruitment agencies. This element was considered to be very helpful in 4 countries especially Portugal. The Netherlands, Norway and Denmark gave the lowest ratings.
