The U.S. Social Security Administration's Efforts to Promote Employment for People with Disabilities: New Solutions for Old Problems. Under its congressional mandate, NCD is charged with the responsibility to gather information on the development and implementation of federal laws, programs, and initiatives that affect people with disabilities. This report is the outcome of this mandate.
